Cassian™ offers seven plans, from a free tier for store owners who want basic visibility to a managed service for stores that need total oversight.

If you installed Cassian through the Shopify App Store, you can subscribe to Inspector, Analyst, Protector, or Guardian through Shopify's billing. Prime, Agency, and Enterprise are available on direct billing only.

Prime includes Cassian Services™: our team actively monitors your store alongside the automated systems, reviewing findings and escalating issues. This is the plan for stores where you want a human in the loop.

Additional sites
Direct-billed accounts can add additional sites from the dashboard for $15/month per additional site; the charge is shown before confirmation. Shopify App Store accounts are single-store in v1. Agency accounts use per-site tier billing instead ($49 for Protector, $99 for Guardian per site).

Frequently asked questions
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Annual billing is available self-serve with a 17% discount — you pay for 10 months and get 12, billed upfront: Analyst $490/year, Protector $1,290/year, Guardian $2,990/year. The Agency plan is monthly-only.
Can I try Cassian before upgrading?
Inspector is free forever. You can also run a free preview scan on the homepage without creating an account — Cassian scans your store URL and shows you a sample of what it finds.
What is Cassian Services™?
The Prime plan includes Cassian Services™ — our managed monitoring layer. The Cassian team reviews your findings, flags issues that need attention, and provides expert context. It's the difference between a tool that reports and a service that acts.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, between the standard tiers. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Switching between a standard plan and the Agency plan (in either direction) requires cancelling your current subscription first, then subscribing to the other plan.
Do I need a Shopify connection?
No. Cassian scans your storefront URL directly and works without any platform connection. Connecting Shopify unlocks Platform Consistency checks, Order Pulse, and AI Product Feeds.
