With Cassian™, it does. Orders stopped. A price accidentally set to $0. The site down. Stock running out. Cassian watches your store continuously and alerts you the moment something breaks — through the channels you choose, at the thresholds you set.
Cassian works with stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Wix. Its monitors run around the clock:

When something is wrong, Cassian raises an incident and alerts you. When everything is fine, it stays quiet — and your dashboard says so.
Alongside continuous monitoring, Cassian AI™ scans your store on a schedule and analyses five layers of health:

All five layers combine into your Cassian Score™ — a 0–100 health metric that summarises how your store is performing overall. The alerts tell you what's wrong right now; the score tells you how healthy things are in general.
Cassian also sends a weekly digest of prioritised findings in plain English — Mondays at 8:00 am by default, configurable in the Alerts section of Settings. No dashboards full of noise — just the things that matter, ranked by impact.
Quick Start
Sign up at app.getcassian.com
No password required. Enter your email, accept the terms, check your inbox for an 8-digit code, enter it, and your account is ready.
Add your site
On Shopify? Install Cassian from the Shopify App Store — the install connects your store and handles billing through Shopify. On WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Wix? Click "Sites" in the sidebar, then "Add site," enter your store URL, and select your platform. The setup wizard lets you connect your platform and choose which monitoring features to enable. Click "Start monitoring" when you're ready.
Run your first scan
Your first scan starts automatically when setup completes. It establishes the baseline Cassian's monitors alert against, and produces your first Cassian Score. Your dashboard updates in real time as the scan completes — no refresh needed.
