Set up your account, connect your store, and run your first scan in under 5 minutes.

Getting Started

Cassian™ is ready to monitor your store within minutes. You don't need to install anything, configure any servers, or create a password. Just your email address and a store URL.

Here's the shape of the process:

  1. Create your account — sign up with your email. An 8-digit code arrives in seconds. Enter it and your account, organisation, and profile are created automatically.

  2. Add your store — enter your store URL, select your platform, and configure which monitoring features to turn on. Cassian supports Shopify today, with more platforms on the way.

  3. Connect Shopify — optional but recommended. Connecting your Shopify account unlocks platform consistency checks, translation data, and Order Pulse. Takes about 30 seconds.

  4. Run your first scan — Cassian AI™ crawls your store and produces your first Cassian Score™. Your dashboard updates in real time as results come in.

  5. Understand your dashboard — a tour of the main dashboard, every card and sidebar link explained.

No password required. Cassian uses passwordless email sign-in — an 8-digit code sent to your inbox each time you log in. It's more secure than a password and one less thing to forget.
