Getting Started

Cassian™ is ready to monitor your store within minutes. You don't need to install anything on your servers, and there's no password to create. Just your email address and a store URL.

Here's the shape of the process:

Create your account — sign up with your email. An 8-digit code arrives in your inbox. Enter it and your account, organisation, and profile are created automatically.
Add your site — Cassian supports Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Wix today, with Squarespace, Magento, and Medusa on the way. Shopify stores are added by installing Cassian from the Shopify App Store; WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Wix stores are added from the dashboard.
Connect your platform — connecting unlocks backend analysis, Order Pulse, Pricing Pulse, and AI Product Feeds. For Shopify, the connection is part of the App Store install. For WooCommerce (WordPress Application Password), BigCommerce (App Marketplace), and Wix (App Market), you connect in step 1 of the setup wizard.
Run your first scan — Cassian AI™ crawls your store, establishes the baseline its monitors alert against, and produces your first Cassian Score™. Your dashboard updates in real time as results come in.
Understand your dashboard — a tour of the main dashboard, from the alert status at the top to every sidebar link.

No password required. Cassian uses passwordless email sign-in — an 8-digit code sent to your inbox each time you log in. It's more secure than a password and one less thing to forget.
