Creating Your Account
Signing up for Cassian™ takes under a minute. There's no password to create, no credit card required for the free Inspector plan, and no email verification step — just your email address and a single code.
Sign-up steps
Go to app.getcassian.com and click "Get started"
You'll be taken to the sign-in page. Cassian uses the same flow for new and returning users — there's no separate registration page.
Enter your email address
Use any email address you have access to. If you're setting up an account for a team, you can use a shared inbox — whoever enters the code first will own the account. (You can invite team members later from Settings.)
Check your email for an 8-digit verification code
The code typically arrives within a few seconds. The subject line will be from Cassian. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
If the code doesn't arrive within 60 seconds, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, go back and request a new code — each request generates a fresh one.
Enter the 8-digit code on the verification screen
Type or paste the code into the verification screen. If you've requested multiple codes, only the most recent one will work.
Your account is ready
Cassian automatically creates your account, your organisation, and your profile. You'll land on the main dashboard, ready to add your first store.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't receive the code?
First, check your spam or junk folder — email filters occasionally catch verification codes. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and then go back to request a new code. Each new request cancels the previous code, so only use the most recent one.
If you're consistently not receiving codes, check that your email address was entered correctly. Typos in email addresses are the most common cause of missing codes.
Can I use a team or shared email address?
Yes. Cassian doesn't restrict which email address you use. If you set up an account with a shared inbox, whoever enters the verification code first will own and control the account. That person becomes the organisation admin.
You can invite additional team members to your organisation later from Settings → Team.
Do I need a password?
No. Cassian uses secure passwordless authentication throughout. Every time you sign in, a fresh 8-digit code is sent to your email. There's no password to create, store, or forget — and no risk of that password being compromised in a data breach.
What is an organisation?
When you create your Cassian account, an organisation is automatically created alongside it. Think of your organisation as your billing account — it's the entity that holds your subscription, your sites, and your team members.

What is included in the free plan?
The free Inspector plan includes monitoring for one store, covering up to 10 pages per scan, with weekly automatic scans. No credit card is required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
Can I change my email address later?
Email address changes can be made from Settings → Account. Because Cassian uses email as your sign-in method, you'll be asked to verify ownership of the new address before the change takes effect.
