Creating Your Account
Signing up for Cassian™ is quick. There's no password to create, no credit card required for the free Inspector plan, and no separate email verification step — just your email address and a single code.
Sign-up steps
Go to app.getcassian.com and click "Get started"
You'll be taken to the sign-up page. Sign-up and sign-in use the same passwordless flow — the only difference is that sign-up asks you to accept the terms.
Enter your email address and accept the terms
Use any email address you have access to. If you're setting up an account for a team, you can use a shared inbox — whoever enters the code first will own the account. (You can invite team members later on a paid plan.)
Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — both open in-page if you want to read them first. The sign-up button stays disabled until you've accepted.
Check your email for an 8-digit verification code
The code usually arrives quickly. The email will be from Cassian.
If the code doesn't appear, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, use the Resend code button on the verification screen — it shows a short countdown before you can resend.

Type or paste the code into the verification screen. If you've requested more than one code, use the most recent one.
Your account is ready
Cassian automatically creates your account, your organisation, and your profile. You'll usually land on the main dashboard, ready to add your first site. (If you arrived from a checkout link or a Shopify install, Cassian returns you to that flow instead.)
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't receive the code?
First, check your spam or junk folder — email filters occasionally catch verification codes. If it's not there, use the Resend code button on the verification screen to request a fresh one; the button shows a brief countdown between requests. If you've requested multiple codes, enter the most recent one.
If you're consistently not receiving codes, check that your email address was entered correctly. Typos in email addresses are the most common cause of missing codes.
Can I use a team or shared email address?
Yes. Cassian doesn't restrict which email address you use. If you set up an account with a shared inbox, whoever enters the verification code first will own and control the account. That person becomes the organisation admin.
On paid plans (Analyst and above), you can invite additional team members to your organisation from the Team section of the Settings page. The free Inspector plan is a single seat.
Do I need a password?
No. Cassian uses secure passwordless authentication throughout. Every time you sign in, a fresh 8-digit code is sent to your email. There's no password to create, store, or forget — and no risk of that password being compromised in a data breach.
What is an organisation?
When you create your Cassian account, an organisation is automatically created alongside it. Think of your organisation as your billing account — it's the entity that holds your subscription, your sites, and your team members.

What is included in the free plan?
The free Inspector plan is designed for a single store. It covers up to 10 pages per scan, with weekly automatic scans. No credit card is required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from the Billing section of the Settings page.
Can I change my email address later?
Your email address is shown in the Profile section of the Settings page, but it can't be edited there — because your email is also your sign-in method, changes are handled by support. Contact getcassian.com/contact to change the email address on your account.
