Agency Billing
How Agency plan pricing works — base fee, per-site tiers, and the whitelabel add-on.
Cassian™ Agency billing is built around one principle: pay for what each store actually needs, not a flat rate across everything.
Billing components

The first site (at your cheapest per-site tier) is always free. You only pay for sites 2 onwards.
Billing examples
Example 1: Small agency, 3 sites
- 2 × Protector ($49 each) + 1 × Guardian ($99) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site, cheapest tier)
- Total: $247/month
Example 2: Mid-size agency, 5 sites
- 2 × Protector ($49 each) + 3 × Guardian ($99 each) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site)
- Total: $445/month
Example 3: 10 sites, all at Protector
- 10 × Protector ($49 each) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site)
- Total: $540/month
Example 4: With Whitelabel
- 5 sites as in Example 2 ($445) + Whitelabel ($99)
- Total: $544/month
How billing changes when you add or change sites
- Adding a site: Billing updates at your next billing date. You're charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the period.
- Removing a site: Billing adjusts at the next billing date. You keep access until the end of the period.
- Upgrading a site's tier: Takes effect immediately. Your next invoice reflects the higher tier.
- Downgrading a site's tier: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Managing billing
Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. This opens your billing portal where you can:
- View your current site breakdown and line items
- Download invoices (all invoices are available as PDF)
- Update your payment method
- View upcoming charges
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of sites?
No. You can have just one site on the Agency plan, though at that scale the standard Protector ($129/month) or Guardian ($299/month) solo plans are likely better value.
Can I mix Agency and non-Agency sites in the same account?
No. All sites in an Agency account use per-site billing. If you need one personal store and one client store, contact us to discuss options.
Where can I see a breakdown of exactly what I'm being charged?
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription shows a full line-item breakdown, including which site is at which tier and what the free site deduction applies to.
Can I pause billing for a specific site without deleting it?
Not currently. To stop being charged for a site, delete it. You can re-add it later, but its scan history will be gone. If pausing is important for your workflow, contact us.
Is there an annual pricing option?
Yes. Annual pricing is available for Agency accounts — contact us via getcassian.com/contact for agency annual rates.
What happens if my payment fails?
You receive an email and Cassian retries the charge. If the payment remains overdue, monitoring features are suspended (scans continue to run but alerts are paused). Resolve the payment issue in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription to restore full functionality.
