Agency Billing
How Agency plan pricing works — base fee, per-site tiers, and the whitelabel add-on.
Cassian™ Agency billing is built around one principle: pay for what each store actually needs, not a flat rate across everything.

The first site (at your cheapest per-site tier) is always free. You only pay for sites 2 onwards.

Example 1: Small agency, 3 sites
- 2 × Protector ($49 each) + 1 × Guardian ($99) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site, cheapest tier)
- Total: $247/month
Example 2: Mid-size agency, 5 sites
- 2 × Protector ($49 each) + 3 × Guardian ($99 each) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site)
- Total: $445/month
Example 3: 10 sites, all at Protector
- 10 × Protector ($49 each) + base ($99)
- Less 1 × Protector (free first site)
- Total: $540/month
Example 4: With Whitelabel
- 5 sites as in Example 2 ($445) + Whitelabel ($99)
- Total: $544/month
How billing changes when you add or change sites
- Adding a site: Billing updates immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Removing a site: Billing adjusts immediately, with a prorated credit for the unused portion of the period.
- Upgrading a site's tier: Takes effect immediately, prorated for the remainder of the period.
- Downgrading a site's tier: Also takes effect immediately — the site switches to the lower tier's features right away, and you receive a prorated credit for the difference.
Managing billing
In the Billing section of Settings, click Manage subscription. This opens your billing portal, where you can manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum number of sites?
No. You can have just one site on the Agency plan, though at that scale the standard Protector ($129/month) or Guardian ($299/month) solo plans are likely better value.
Can I mix Agency and non-Agency sites in the same account?
No. All sites in an Agency account use per-site billing. If you need one personal store and one client store, contact us to discuss options.
Where can I see a breakdown of exactly what I'm being charged?
The Billing section of Settings shows your current site breakdown — which site is at which tier and where the free-site deduction applies. Invoices in the billing portal carry the corresponding line items.
Can I pause billing for a specific site without deleting it?
Not currently. To stop being charged for a site, delete it. Deletion is a soft delete: re-add the same URL within 30 days and the site returns with its scan history intact. After 30 days the data is permanently purged. If pausing is important for your workflow, contact us.
Is there an annual pricing option?
Not for Agency — the Agency plan is billed monthly only. Annual billing (17% discount) is available on the standard Analyst, Protector, and Guardian plans.
What happens if my payment fails?
You receive an email and Cassian retries the charge. While the payment is overdue, scheduled monitoring and alerts continue — but on-demand scans and adding new sites are blocked. If the payment is never resolved, the subscription is eventually cancelled and the account drops to the Inspector (free) tier. Resolve the payment issue via the billing portal (click Manage subscription in the Billing section of Settings) to restore full functionality.
