How do I connect my store?

Go to Settings > Platform Connector in your dashboard. Enter your store URL and click "Connect." You'll be redirected to authorise read-only access. Currently supports Shopify with more platforms coming soon. The whole process takes about 30 seconds.

What does my Cassian Score mean?

Accepted Answer

The Cassian Score™ is a 0–100 metric that measures your store's overall health across 5 layers: technical health (30%), content quality (25%), translation accuracy (20%), platform consistency (15%), and LLM readiness (10%). 80–100 means your store is in great shape. 60–79 means it's performing well with a few things to watch. Below 60 means it needs attention.

How often does Cassian scan my store?

Accepted Answer

Scan frequency depends on your plan: Inspector runs a weekly scan, Analyst scans twice per week, and Protector and above scan daily at 6am UTC. You can also trigger manual scans from your dashboard at any time. The weekly digest summarises the most important findings from the past 7 days and arrives in your inbox every Monday at 8am (UTC).

How do I add another site?

Go to Settings > Sites in your dashboard and click "Add site." Direct-billed accounts can add additional sites from the dashboard, with any charge shown before confirmation. Shopify App Store accounts are single-store in v1.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You'll see all available plans with a clear comparison of what each includes. Click "Upgrade" on your preferred plan. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

How do I export my reports?

From your dashboard, click the "Export" button on any scan result or the weekly digest. Reports are available in PDF format. Analyst tier and above can also export raw data as CSV for integration with other tools.

What's included in the free plan?

The Inspector plan (free forever) includes: 1 site, weekly scans, the Cassian Score, a limited issue view (top 5 findings per category), and the weekly digest email. It's designed to give you genuine visibility into your store's health. No credit card required, no trial period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage subscription." You'll be taken to the billing portal where you can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. We don't do exit interviews or dark patterns — one click and you're done.
